Dream Killer - Release in Summer/Fall 2025

Clumsy, chubby seventeen-year-old Nadia falls asleep, dreaming comfortably in modern America, but wakes to a world where magic is real and dreaming is dangerous. The new world is the primitive sister planet to Earth, where the weak are ruled by the powerful. Nadia’s shape-shifting guardian is new to the role and wildly unprepared for the gifts Nadia manifests. He’s charged with protecting her from the violence both gifts and swords cause in his world, but is he up to the task?

Between Nadia’s uncanny clumsiness and her tenuous grasp of the elemental gifts she displays, she’s a walking time bomb. But her lack of control is nothing compared to the villain's ability to steal people’s minds through their sleep, rendering their bodies comatose as he holds them hostage in a Dreamworld. Nadia uses wit and humor while learning to control gifts that take a lifetime to master and fight off a handsy villain in her sleep. It’s a lot. But if Nadia can’t stop the Dream Killer, the world of Baako will descend into chaos, chaos that will spill over onto Earth.
